The Squiggly Line

So many thoughts, but it's Friday night and my brain battery is blinking red.

In Shel Silverstein's book, "The Big O" a square edged rock wanted to roll and be free like The Big O. Unfortunately, to gain freedom the square edge rock had to do something different and radical. I will leave you to finding the book, but I use this children's book as example of the squiggly line. Without trying, failing, learning, and moving on, we will never improve as individuals or teams.

Find self trust and trust in others.
