Employee Handbook
Where in the employee handbook does it have resources for mental health, spiritual health, or emotional health? In most employee handbooks, physical health is covered by the resident health care plan. Sometimes within said healthcare plan are allowances for certain mind and being health, but it rarely covers what we really need.
So this is the big question, how are human resource, people operations, learning and development individuals supporting their employees mental, emotional, and spiritual health?
Is it their job?
If it improves productivity on the job, is it the job of the direct manager?
What needs to be in place?
Heck, what is in place now?
