Repetition
A statement that I have been repeating to myself lately from Martin Luther King Jr.
"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that.
Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that."
I've boiled it down to a personal mantra statement I can pull out when I am not being empathetic and compassionate to myself or others.
