Do you keep a journal? Written or typed? Tell us what you can.

Journals can be very private things. Inside lives the thoughts and feelings of an individual that are rarely shown to the world. Scribbled during some pre-sunrise alone time or typed out late night after a long, hard day. Some research states that the act of journaling or keeping letters can benefit one’s health. If you journal, does it make you feel healthier?
