As some American’s wrap up a week of eating feasts and waking up earlier to shop for things they want on Black Friday, some American treated Thursday, November 22nd as another day of struggle. Marcus Martin, founder of Grace Beyond Borders, pictured above, has lived like a homeless person for 13 days in East Chicago to help raise awareness, empathy, and funds for those living extreme conditions on the streets. His goal is to raise $40,000 in order to purchase property that can be used as an emergency shelter for those on the streets.
