Physical fitness can take many shapes. Some walk and take the stairs when they can, while others complete work outs of the day or stretch their bodies into amazing shapes. There are plenty of ways to get some exercise in, but we are curious for the question, have you ever done yoga? If so, what type of yoga did you do?

Question 177: Ideal Job Title

What is your ideal job title?

We all know that most job titles fail to correctly encompass what it really is that we do. Some people are Project Managers and they do way more than just manage projects. Nurses should probably be renamed to something that is synonymous to “earth bound angels”. Even if you don’t currently work in that industry (or want to work at all) what is your IDEAL job title?

Question 176: Finger Paint

When is the last time you finger painted?

Finger painting is not only for the kids, although, getting some RGB under your nails and slopping around paint does seem enjoyably childish. Toddler rainy day activity aside, finger painting was an amazingly efficient medium for Chuck Close in his work, Fanny/Fingerpainting. As Close’s painting shows, details can be had without a fine tipped brush or pen. So, finger painting and you, when was the last time?

Question 175: Doctor Scare

Does going to the doctor scare you?

Don’t worry, no judgement here! Doctors can be very scary and probably more scary when we know there is something wrong. They have needles, like to gag people with wood tongue depressors, and occassionally have VERY cold hands.

If you are one of the scared ones, don’t worry, go in prepared with questions to ask the doctor. This can help ease the tension between you and your medical professional. Here is a list of questions put out by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
