Question 191: Mentor

Do you have a mentor?

Wikipedia describes a mentor as someone that is, “an experienced and trusted advisor.” Anyone can be a mentor and that person doesn’t necessarily have to be in the same field as you, older than you, or even more experienced than you in your profession or life goals. Somewhat like a coach, this person helps you think differently about problems, allows you to venture into spaces you wouldn’t normally go, and constructively listens and shares. Before we ask if YOU are a mentor for someone else, we want to know, do you have a mentor?
